The supervising attorney at the engaging firm retains all legal judgment and full professional responsibility for work product delivered to their clients.nn## How our services worknOur deliverables are prepared by trained legal professionals with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, and are reviewed by a human before delivery. We do not deliver unreviewed AI output. Deliverables are prepared for review and approval by a licensed attorney before any use, filing or client communication.nn## Your responsibilitiesnWhen you engage us, you agree to provide accurate instructions and complete source material, to obtain any consents needed before sharing third-party or client information with us, to review deliverables before use, and to retain final professional judgment on all legal matters.nn## ConfidentialitynWe treat all information you share as confidential. We sign a non-disclosure agreement with every client, and, where protected health information is involved, a business associate agreement. Our confidentiality obligations survive the end of the engagement.nn## Intellectual propertynWork product we prepare for you becomes yours on payment, as set out in your engagement terms. The content, design and code of this website remain the property of CounselKraft. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without written permission.nn## Fees and paymentnFees, scope and payment terms are set out in your engagement documentation. Prices published on this website are indicative starting points and are confirmed in writing before work begins.nn## CorrectionsnIf a deliverable is inaccurate, inconsistent or incomplete, tell us. We acknowledge within one business day, investigate, correct and re-deliver at no cost, and confirm the fix with you before closing the matter.nn## Limitation of liabilitynTo the extent permitted by law, CounselKraft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the work in question, except where a different limit is agreed in your engagement documentation, and except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.nn## Third-party linksnThis website may link to third-party sites.
