Working With Us

How quickly can you start?

Most engagements begin within three to five business days of the strategy call. Rush work can start within 24 to 48 hours.

Do you offer a trial project?

Yes. We recommend starting with a paid trial project so you can assess the work on your own files before committing to a support model.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Project-based and rush work carry no commitment. Monthly plans and dedicated pods run month to month with 30 days notice.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Plans are reviewed monthly and you can move between models as your caseload changes.

Which time zones do you cover?

Our teams work U.S. hours across all time zones, with 24/7 coverage available for high-volume engagements.

What systems can you work in?

Clio, SmartAdvocate, TrialWorks, Relativity, Westlaw, LexisNexis and Fastcase among others. We work inside your systems rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Quality u0026 Ethics

Who reviews the work?

Every deliverable is reviewed by a trained legal professional, and by a supervising attorney where the engagement calls for it. We never send raw AI output.

How do you use AI?

AI accelerates research, extraction, organisation and first drafts. It never makes legal judgments, provides unverified citations, communicates with your clients or makes final decisions.

What happens if a deliverable is wrong?

You flag it or we catch it, we respond within one business day, our attorneys identify the cause, we correct and re-deliver at no cost, and you confirm before we close the loop.

Who retains legal judgment?

The supervising attorney, always. Our role is to support your professional duties, not to substitute for them.

Security u0026 Confidentiality

Is my client data used to train AI?

No. Client content is never contributed to model training, ours or any vendor’s.

What certifications do you hold?

ISO 27001 certification, SOC 2 Type II compliance, and HIPAA-compliant workflows wherever protected health information is involved.

Do you sign NDAs?

We sign a non-disclosure agreement with every client before any file is shared, as a standard part of our procedure.

How is data transferred?

Through encrypted channels, with secure FTP and client-server or VPN working arrangements available for firms that require them.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly. We would rather answer it now than have you guess.
